The whitening will go away within 5 minutes. We used the state of the art Hoya Conbio C6 q-switched laser, the fastest and most powerful laser on the market. Faster and more powerful = less overall pain, less overall # of sessions for full removal. We used some numbing cream (patient was scared it would hurt) and some ice. She said it barely hurt at all.
